• Presenting the Japanese model of excellence in human resources management and determining possibilities of making use of some of its elements.
• Providing participants with the skills of planning for excellence and managing the relevant programs through human resources technology.

• Achieving excellence through human engineering
• Planning for development of the missions of human resources management
• Development tools (quality chains- brain storming)
